Join Our Team! We are hiring an Architect with extensive expertise in Residential Custom to lead innovative projects and drive our vision forward!

We are seeking a Sr. Project Architect with deep expertise in residential custom. This role requires a keen eye for technical detail and extensive experience in project and design management. The ideal candidate is skilled at working autonomously and delivering exceptional quality in residential projects.

Responsibilities
• Lead the design and management of specific projects.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and staffing.
• Lead, manage, and hold accountable supporting staff with necessary tools, instructions, and directions
• Coordinate vendor and consultant relationships and deliverables.
• Ensure client delight through an efficient process and high quality deliverables.
• Track and manage the financial performance of projects for success (e.g. work plan, schedule, fees, change orders, billing and collections).
• Potentially serve as the primary point of contact for specific clients.

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect
• At least 8plus years of working experience as an Architect
• Proven experience in Project and Design Management.
• Has experience handling projects from SD to CD
• Can handle communication with clients, consultants and vendors.
• Proficient in REVIT
• Vast experience handling Residential Custom projects
• Has the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams during US business hours
