Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to clients to discuss career goals, professional challenges, and strategies for success.
• Assist clients in creating tailored resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles that align with their career goals.
• Guide clients through job search strategies, interview preparation, salary negotiations, and networking techniques.
• Conduct career assessments and develop actionable career plans that meet individual needs and aspirations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, job market insights, and available job opportunities that align with clients goals.
• Offer ongoing support to clients, helping them stay motivated and focused throughout their career development process.
• Organize and lead virtual workshops on topics such as career advancement, work-life balance, and personal branding.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and successful career outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a career coach, recruiter, HR professional, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of career development, job market trends, and job search tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Empathy and active listening skills to guide clients effectively.
• Familiarity with resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation.
• Proficient in using various online platforms and tools for virtual coaching and workshops.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in career coaching, HR, recruitment, or a related field.
• Experience working with women in career development, including those transitioning to new careers or industries.
• Previous experience in a remote, work-from-home role is a plus.

Working Hours:

• This is a flexible, remote role. You will have the freedom to set your own working hours, but the ideal candidate should be available for at least 20-30 hours per week.
• Availability for occasional evening or weekend consultations is appreciated to accommodate different time zones.
