- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and candidates, ensuring clear communication and a smooth recruitment process.
- Job Posting & Advertisement: Write compelling job descriptions and manage job postings on relevant platforms.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering support and guidance.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity, job status, and recruitment metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to share insights, strategies, and best practices to enhance hiring outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and changes in employment laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the non-IT sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in candidate records, job postings, and other documentation.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and other recruitment tools.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to effectively match candidates with suitable roles.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
Experience:
- Preferred: Experience in recruitment within the non-IT sector, particularly in areas such as retail, manufacturing, healthcare, or customer service.
- Desirable: Previous work experience in a remote or work-from-home position is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, with flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones and client needs.
