Experience

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service, chat, or email support role (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Experience in handling customer queries in a professional setting.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

  • Weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
