Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and source high-quality fabrics, lace, embellishments, and other materials.

• Ensure each design meets high-quality standards and client expectations.

• Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of gowns before wedding dates.

• Provide virtual fittings and adjustments based on client feedback.

• Maintain excellent communication with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience).

• Proven experience as a wedding dress designer or in custom bridal fashion.

• Strong skills in pattern-making, draping, sewing, and garment construction.

• Proficiency in fashion design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or CLO3D (preferred).

• Knowledge of different fabrics, embellishments, and bridal trends.

• Ability to sketch or create digital renderings of designs.

• Strong communication skills for virtual client consultations.

• Attention to detail and a passion for perfection in bridal wear.

• Ability to work independently in a home-based setting.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bridal or evening gown design.

• Experience working with custom clients, bridal boutiques, or independent fashion labels is a plus.
