As a Mens Hairdresser/Barber, you will provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction with every appointment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and shaves using modern techniques.
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and recommend styles.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends and styling techniques.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Promote and upsell salon products to clients.
• Work collaboratively with other barbers and hairstylists in the salon.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in hairstyling/barbering from a recognized institute.
• Proven experience as a mens hairdresser or barber.
• Expertise in various mens haircuts, fades, shaves, and beard grooming.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and creativity in hairstyling.
• Knowledge of different hair types and grooming techniques.

Experience

• Minimum: 2-5 years of experience in a barbershop or mens salon.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, 6 days a week.
• Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
