Key Responsibilities

Experience

  • Entry-Level: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Mid-Level: 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in the BPO, e-commerce, or hospitality sector is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position
  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business needs
  • 5 or 6 working days per week (depending on company policy)
