Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations while providing administrative support to various departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Oversee office maintenance and coordinate with vendors for repairs and services.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and couriers.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Process invoices, manage petty cash, and support basic accounting tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate onboarding and administrative support for new hires.
- Support HR and management with document preparation and data entry.
- Handle any additional administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
