Our billennial recruitment department consists of over 30 well-coordinated individuals, independent specialists who handle recruitment processes from A to Z in the IT field. Due to significant growth and equally high business demand, we are expanding the team and looking for a new companion for the position of IT Recruitment Specialist (mid-level). We are assigned to specific competency centers, and you will be working on projects in the areas of Software Development and Automation & Integration.
Your location does not matter much – we offer 100% remote work and assure you that this will not change.
Responsibilities:
• Independently conducting recruitment processes for specialist positions, mainly in the IT industry;
• Collaborating and supporting internal clients in the implementation of recruitment processes (daily cooperation with People Managers, Delivery Managers, Recruiters, and Researchers);
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive Candidate Experience;
• Managing the flow of documents related to recruitment and employment of new employees/associates;
• Working in an ATS system (co-managing the candidate database).
Requirements:
• Several years of experience in a recruitment-related position, ideally a minimum of 3-4 years as a Recruiter;
• Experience in IT recruitment;
• Proficiency in Polish and English;
• Accuracy, professionalism, attention to detail in tasks performed;
• Highly developed interpersonal skills – communicativeness, ability to establish and maintain good relationships;
• Conflict-free and good sense of humor – the fact that we are a well-coordinated group is not just words 😉.
