This is a remote, self-employed role for a company based in the UK and requires UK hours.
This is a part time, temporary, maternity cover position, to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Posting invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
• General administrative duties to support the accounts department
• Assisting with ad hoc finance-related tasks as required
• Ensuring all documentation is processed efficiently and accurately
• Supporting the team with data entry and account reconciliations
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience in an accounts or finance role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
