The Elite Job is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Coordinate sales activities and manage schedules for the sales team.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Track and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Assist in maintaining the CRM database by updating client information and sales records.
Liaise with internal departments, including logistics and finance, to ensure seamless sales operations.
Prepare sales reports and presentations for management and client meetings.
Organize and support marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service orientation.
Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
Prior experience in sectors such as FMCG, logistics, or corporate services will be an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is highly preferred.
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Occasional flexibility may be required depending on project or client needs.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with minimal supervision.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Knowledge of Singapores business and sales environment is a plus.
