• Meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Communicate with the project management team for clarification on complex audio files or client requirements.

• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Strong listening and comprehension skills, including the ability to decipher different accents and dialects.

• Proficient typing speed (minimum 60 words per minute) with high accuracy.

• Familiarity with transcription tools and word processing software.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free work.

Experience:

• Previous transcription experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in specialized transcription (legal, medical, or media) is a plus.

• Familiarity with remote work tools and virtual collaboration platforms.

Working Hours:
