• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

Working Hours

• Night shift (typically 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).

• Flexible part-time and full-time shifts available.

• Rotational shifts may be applicable.
