The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team during evening hours. This remote role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have the flexibility to work during late hours. As a key player in our customer support team, you will handle a variety of customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all clients.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve customer issues effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
Provide information about products, services, billing, and troubleshooting when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain a deep understanding of company offerings to provide informed support.
Uphold company policies and adhere to service protocols and quality standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using customer service software and tools (CRM platforms, helpdesk systems).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
Experience handling high-volume inquiries is an advantage.
Part-time position.
Evening shift: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Occasional weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
Remote/work-from-home setup with a reliable internet connection required.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based communication tools.
Familiarity with customer service KPIs and performance metrics.
