Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound phone calls.

  • Accurately resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and technical issues.

  • Document all customer interactions clearly and professionally using CRM tools.

  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.

  • Maintain product knowledge to deliver accurate information and support.

  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite, CRM tools).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service, call center, or technical support role (remote experience is a plus).

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts available during both daytime and nighttime schedules.

  • Shift options:

    • Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (local time)

    • Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (local time)

  • Weekend and holiday availability may be required on a rotating schedule.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
