Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Specialist to join our growing remote team. As a key representative of our company, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our bilingual clientele across various platforms. This remote role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are fluent in both English and one additional language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese preferred). Your communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in supporting our clients and maintaining our reputation for excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in both English and a second language.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies in a clear and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.

  • Meet individual and team performance goals related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution metrics.

  • Stay updated on company policies, product updates, and best practices through continuous learning.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency (verbal and written) in English and one of the following: Spanish, French, Portuguese.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with challenging customer situations.

  • Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other customer support tools.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role (preferably in a remote setting).

  • Experience supporting clients across different time zones is an asset.

  • Prior experience in tech, telecom, or financial services industries is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week.

  • Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate customers in various time zones.

  • Schedules will be assigned based on business needs, with consideration for employee preferences when possible.

  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
