Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Specialist to join our growing remote team. As a key representative of our company, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our bilingual clientele across various platforms. This remote role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are fluent in both English and one additional language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese preferred). Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in both English and a second language.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies in a clear and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Meet individual and team performance goals related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution metrics.
Stay updated on company policies, product updates, and best practices through continuous learning.
Bilingual proficiency (verbal and written) in English and one of the following: Spanish, French, Portuguese.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with challenging customer situations.
Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other customer support tools.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role (preferably in a remote setting).
Experience supporting clients across different time zones is an asset.
Prior experience in tech, telecom, or financial services industries is a plus.
Full-time: 40 hours per week.
Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate customers in various time zones.
Schedules will be assigned based on business needs, with consideration for employee preferences when possible.
Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Familiarity with cloud-based call center software and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack).
High degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse populations.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
