In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service across voice, chat, or email platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in Tamil is a plus.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

  • Previous remote work experience is an advantage but not mandatory.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available (Day / Night shifts based on business requirement).

  • Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

  • Candidates must be available to start immediately.
