Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote BPO Chat Support Agents. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately through live chat platforms.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues while maintaining high service standards.

  • Maintain a professional tone and provide a positive customer experience during all interactions.

  • Accurately document all interactions and update customer records in internal systems.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.

  • Meet and exceed individual performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written English communication skills.

Experience

Working Hours

  • 9-hour shifts with 1-hour break (flexibility is required).
