Customer Service Representative – Flipkart (Multiple Locations)

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, or email professionally and promptly

• Provide support related to orders, returns, refunds, cancellations, and delivery tracking

• Ensure resolution of customer complaints with empathy and efficiency

• Update records of customer interactions in internal systems

• Collaborate with internal teams for quick issue resolution and process improvement

Qualifications

• 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and CRM systems

• Freshers welcome – training will be provided

• Ability to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time

• Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on location and experience)

• Locations: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Chennai, and more

• Mode: Work from Office / Hybrid / Work from Home (role-dependent)

• Schedule: Rotational shifts, 6 days a week
