Job description

As a CRM Executive focused on customer support for EV charging services, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and effectively. You will also be instrumental in maintaining our CMS system, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in the development of customer relationship strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to EV charging services via phone, email, and chat.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, with a focus on technical support for EV charging stations.

- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, monitor and report on performance metrics.

- Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in any field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in the EV charging or related technology sector will be preferred.

- Technical understanding of EV charging solutions is a plus.

Schedule:
• Evening Shift / Night shift

Experience: Experienced, Fresher
• Total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
