Job Summary

The Elite Job is currently hiring motivated and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Remote BPO Chat Support Executive. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are passionate about delivering high-quality customer service via chat platforms. As a key point of contact between customers and the company, you will handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.

This is a remote opportunity but is specifically open to candidates currently residing in Bangalore, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while becoming part of a fast-growing and dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer queries through live chat support with a focus on quick and accurate resolution.

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored support and solutions.

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams while maintaining ownership of the conversation.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

  • Accurately log and update customer interactions in the system.

  • Meet performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on products and policies.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent. A bachelors degree is a plus.

  • Excellent written English communication skills.

  • Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 30–40 WPM preferred).

  • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM/chat support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).

  • Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset.


Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role (chat support preferred).

  • Freshers with excellent communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts (including night shifts and weekends).

  • 9-hour shift window, inclusive of breaks.

  • Weekly offs on a rotational basis.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and adapt to new tools and technologies.

  • Comfortable working independently and in a remote team environment.

  • Patience, resilience, and the ability to manage stressful situations calmly.
