The Elite Job is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Online Call Center Executives. This is a full-time, remote (work-from-home) position based in Bangalore, ideal for candidates who are self-driven and eager to deliver excellent customer service. As a vital part of our online operations, you will handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple communication channels.
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat platforms
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Record customer interactions and track issues through our CRM system
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
Comfortable working with technology, including CRM systems, email, and chat platforms
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
High level of patience and empathy
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup
Minimum 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or call center roles
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Full-time role (9-hour shift including 1-hour break)
Flexible shift timings: Morning, Afternoon, or Night based on team allocation
6 days working per week with 1 weekly rotational off
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Understanding of customer service best practices and protocols
Team player with the ability to collaborate remotely
Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a strong work ethic
