Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Work from Home International BPO team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our international clientele via voice and non-voice processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls and emails in a professional manner.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and log interactions using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of client issues.

  • Adhere to set processes and guidelines, and meet performance targets (KPIs).

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry developments.

  • Provide real-time support and troubleshooting guidance to clients globally.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable with handling customers from international geographies, especially US, UK, and Australia.

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with multiple systems/tabs simultaneously.

  • High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.


Experience

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in a BPO/Customer Support/Call Center role (international process preferred).

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shift timings (Rotational Shifts – including night shifts based on international time zones).

  • 5 days working (2 rotational week-offs).

  • Candidates must be comfortable working in a 24x7 environment.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and remote communication tools.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated with a disciplined approach to remote work.
