Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing HR data to identify trends in employee turnover, engagement, and performance.

• Support recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless new hire experience.

• Contribute to compensation and benefits analysis by compiling internal and market-related data.

• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management decision-making.

• Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and culture-building efforts.

• Maintain and update HR systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

• Participate in special HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience

• This is a graduate-level/entry-level position – no prior HR work experience required.

• Internship or academic project experience in HR, data analysis, or business operations is a plus.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• Flexible start times between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, 8-hour shifts

• Occasional meetings or project work outside core hours (with notice)
