Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our dynamic HR team as HR Analysts. As an HR Analyst, you will support various HR functions by analyzing employee data, generating insightful reports, assisting with HR projects, and contributing to the continuous improvement of people processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and analyze HR data from various sources including HRIS, surveys, exit interviews, and performance evaluations.

• Create dashboards and generate reports for senior HR and management teams.

• Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and insights that help improve employee engagement and retention.

• Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes with data-driven solutions.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.

• Collaborate with various departments to support organizational goals and HR programs.

• Assist in the preparation of compliance and audit documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic data visualization tools.

• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Internship or project experience in HR or data analysis is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST)

• Weekends Off
