Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is currently hiring passionate and customer-oriented individuals for the position of Restaurant Cashier at a reputed restaurant chain in Canada. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections

• Process orders accurately using POS systems

• Handle cash, credit/debit transactions and provide correct change

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station

• Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers

• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure order accuracy and timely service

• Assist in resolving customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner

• Follow company policies and food safety standards at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer and math skills

• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

• Friendly and professional demeanor

• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada under LMIA provisions

Experience

• Previous experience as a cashier, customer service associate, or in the food service industry is an asset, but not mandatory

• Training will be provided for motivated candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours

• Full-time position: 35 to 40 hours per week

• Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Flexible schedule required to accommodate restaurant peak hours
