Accurately input, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets and internal databases.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of records.
Organize and sort files to prepare for data entry.
Generate standard and customized reports using Excel.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent data standards.
Respond promptly to requests for information and resolve discrepancies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas, functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements), and formatting.
