Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our daily business activities. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in managing cross-functional teams, streamlining internal processes, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, driving performance, and aligning day-to-day operations with the companys long-term goals. This position is open exclusively to candidates residing in Egypt.
Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity across departments.
Collaborate with department heads to align operational activities with business goals.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.
Lead strategic projects and ensure their successful execution within budget and timelines.
Identify areas for cost reduction and implement proactive solutions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Serve as the point of contact between upper management and operational teams.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and CRM tools.
Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, IT, and Customer Service.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in a technology-driven or service-oriented company.
Experience in managing remote teams or working in a fully remote environment is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational efficiency frameworks is a plus.
Full-time position
Core working hours: 9 AM – 5 PM (Cairo Time), Monday to Friday
