• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest degree of professionalism.

• Conduct regular audits to identify and correct data errors.

• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and Google Workspace tools.

• Excellent keyboarding skills with high accuracy and speed.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good communication and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.

Experience

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.

• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with strong typing and computer skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with options to choose part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week).

• Must be available to meet occasional deadlines and participate in virtual check-ins or team meetings as required.
