Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Remote Technical Support Executive to join our dynamic BPO team. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for customer service and a knack for troubleshooting technical issues. As a remote support executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical difficulties, providing efficient and accurate solutions while ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, chat, or email in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, or network connectivity.

  • Provide step-by-step guidance and solutions to customers, ensuring clarity and customer satisfaction.

  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

  • Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions using CRM tools.

  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs such as resolution time, customer satisfaction, and call quality.

  • Stay updated with product knowledge, system updates, and new troubleshooting techniques.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Technical background preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, internet browsers, and networking.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and support ticketing systems (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.


Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a BPO/Customer Service/Technical Support role.

  • Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.


Working Hours:

  • Rotational Shifts (24/7 support)

  • 9-hour shifts including 1-hour break

  • 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and work environments.

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

  • Ability to understand technical language and explain complex issues in simple terms.
