These are remote-based opportunities catering to our Bangalore clientele. Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls (Voice process).
Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or ticketing systems (Non-Voice process).
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team or department.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Proficiency in using computers, typing, and handling basic software tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to stay calm and patient in high-pressure scenarios.
0 to 3 years of experience in a BPO/Customer Support role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in voice or non-voice customer support will be an added advantage.
