Retail Store Keeper – Full-Time Opportunity in Dubai

We are currently seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Retail Store Keeper to join our retail operations team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day inventory handling, stock organization, and supply management in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, retail stockroom experience, and a customer-first attitude.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming stock for quality, quantity, and accuracy

  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of merchandise in the stockroom or back store

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock logs in the system

  • Track stock levels, identify shortages, and assist in inventory replenishment

  • Coordinate with sales and cashier teams to issue products and restock shelves as needed

  • Support monthly and quarterly stock counts and inventory audits

  • Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and accessible stockroom

  • Handle product returns, damages, and restocking as per company policy

  • Assist with barcode tagging, pricing, and product labeling

  • Generate basic reports on inventory movements and stock levels


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a retail storekeeper or stock controller role

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or POS software

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to lift and move stock items when required

  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets

  • High school diploma or equivalent


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience in fashion, electronics, home goods, or FMCG

  • Familiarity with stockroom layout planning and inventory best practices

  • Knowledge of UAE retail regulations and customer service standards

  • Bilingual in English and Arabic (an advantage)
