Progressive Technology is seeking a proactive, customer-centric, and tech-savvy Freelance Customer Support Agent to join our expanding remote team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers of various Singapore-based businesses, delivering high-quality service experiences across email, chat, and phone. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently while maintaining a strong focus on service excellence and client satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
Troubleshoot product or service issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
Represent client brands with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience.
Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to ensure service alignment and timely resolution.
Follow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements to enhance support efficiency.
Stay updated with product knowledge, client services, and support best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Customer-first attitude with a high level of empathy and patience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using remote support software, CRM tools, and collaboration platforms like Slack or Zoom.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support, service desk, or contact center role (freelance or corporate).
