Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within Amazon.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match the best talent to appropriate job openings.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, company policies, and best practices throughout the hiring process.

  • Help implement employee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and supported.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives by promoting the hiring of underrepresented groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience in HR and recruitment, particularly in remote or virtual environments.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools.

  • In-depth understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote work setting.

  • Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a large-scale corporate environment.

  • Previous experience working remotely and managing virtual teams is highly preferred.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a track record of successfully hiring talent across various job functions.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, flexible working hours, with the expectation to maintain consistent communication during core hours (9 AM - 5 PM, GMT).

  • Remote work setting – you will be working from the comfort of your home.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.

  • Proficiency in HR software tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.

  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
