Key Responsibilities

• Passenger Assistance: Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the airport processes.

• Ticketing and Check-in: Manage ticketing, baggage check-in, and boarding processes for all passengers.

• Customer Service: Address passenger queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Security Checks: Assist in conducting security checks and managing crowd control.

• Coordination: Coordinate with various departments, including airline staff, security, and ground handling teams, to ensure smooth operations.

• Baggage Handling: Manage the loading and unloading of baggage, ensuring that items are properly tagged and handled with care.

• Lost and Found: Help in handling lost baggage or items and provide assistance to passengers in retrieving them.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or travel & tourism is preferred.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and perform tasks that may require physical activity, including lifting baggage.

• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team to achieve common goals.

• Professional Appearance: Must maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times.

Experience

• Prior Experience: Experience in customer service, hospitality, or any similar field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.

Working Hours

• Shift Work: The role requires working in shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as airport operations run 24/7.

• Full-time Position: Standard working hours will be 8-hour shifts, 5-6 days a week.
