Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Airport Check-in & Customer Support Staff in Bangalore. This position plays a critical role in delivering a seamless travel experience for passengers by managing check-in processes, handling customer queries, and ensuring compliance with airline and airport regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist passengers at the airport check-in counters with a warm and professional approach.

  • Verify travel documents, check-in luggage, issue boarding passes, and manage seat allocations.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.

  • Provide information regarding flight schedules, airport facilities, security procedures, and general travel assistance.

  • Ensure compliance with airline policies, safety protocols, and security regulations at all times.

  • Coordinate with ground staff, security personnel, and other airport teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain a high level of grooming and professional behavior as a representative of the airline and airport.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); a degree in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proficiency in English and one or more regional languages (Kannada, Hindi, etc.).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with airport or airline systems is a plus.


Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or any front-facing role (freshers are welcome).

  • Prior experience in the aviation, airline, or airport industry will be considered an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts (including early morning, night, weekends, and public holidays).

  • 6-day work week with one weekly off.

  • Full-time, on-site role based at Bangalore Airport.

  • Understanding of airport procedures and airline customer service operations.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment.

  • Team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
