Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and arrival halls

• Handle luggage, cargo, and mail efficiently and securely

• Assist passengers with special needs, including the elderly and disabled

• Operate ground service equipment and vehicles as per safety protocols

• Coordinate with airline crew and other airport staff to ensure smooth flight operations

• Ensure compliance with airport and airline safety and security regulations

• Handle passenger queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Support aircraft cleaning, loading, and re-fuelling as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) pass

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and any regional language

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

• Good physical stamina to handle the demands of baggage handling and other manual tasks

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor

Experience

• Freshers are welcome

• Prior experience in airport ground handling, airline operations, or customer service will be an added advantage

Working Hours

• Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays

• 8–10 hours per shift depending on airline schedule

• Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic knowledge of airport and airline operations

• Ability to operate trolleys, belt loaders, and other ground equipment (training provided)

• Understanding of safety and emergency protocols

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude

• Team player with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
