Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Shift Order Processing Executive. In this remote role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines while working in the night shift. Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all details are correct.

• Review and verify customer information and payment details.

• Address order-related inquiries and provide resolutions in a professional and friendly manner.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and shipment.

• Maintain accurate records of all orders, adjustments, and interactions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding order processing.

• Assist with order tracking and manage any discrepancies or issues.

• Meet nightly processing targets and ensure all orders are completed before the shift ends.

• Monitor and maintain productivity levels throughout the night shift.

• Report any system or order-related issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

• Proficient in using order processing systems and basic office software (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).

Experience

Working Hours

• Night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, with some flexibility).

• Ability to work weekends or holidays as needed.
