Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, reviewing documents and verifying customer identities according to regulatory requirements.

• Ensure all customer data is accurately captured and documented, with a strong focus on compliance with relevant laws and policies.

• Review and analyze the customer profile to ensure completeness, accuracy, and authenticity of the provided information.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues regarding customer documents or profiles.

• Maintain confidentiality and data security, ensuring that customer information is protected at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service or data verification role, preferably in KYC or financial services.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and review documents for authenticity.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

• Proficiency in using online tools, platforms, and databases for verifying customer information.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to KYC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other compliance standards is a plus.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic knowledge of financial services or the banking sector is desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a KYC verification, compliance, or data entry role.

• Previous work-from-home experience is a plus, but not required.

• Experience in handling sensitive customer data and ensuring compliance with privacy standards.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with night shift hours.

• Shifts will typically range from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with flexibility depending on workload and business needs.

• Weekends and holidays may be required on a rotating basis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge: Familiarity with KYC and AML regulations, as well as data security practices.
