Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, emails, and online platforms.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Understand client needs and present customized HR solutions to meet their business goals.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and proposals.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that attract new clients.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.

  • Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings with decision-makers.

  • Support senior team members in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration (B.B.A) or Arts (B.A) – Freshers welcome.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.

  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional setting.


Experience

  • No prior experience required.

  • Fresh graduates with a passion for business development and client engagement are encouraged to apply.

  • Internship or project work in sales/marketing/HR would be a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position

  • Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

  • Flexible remote work environment
