Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking energetic and enthusiastic BPO Telecallers to join our dynamic customer service and telemarketing team. Whether you are a fresh graduate looking to start your career or a seasoned professional seeking new opportunities, we welcome you to apply. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, handling inbound queries, and providing information about our products and services with a focus on excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products and services.

  • Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve customer queries.

  • Update customer information in the CRM database.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.

  • Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.

  • Provide feedback on customer concerns and trends to supervisors.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism during every interaction.

  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to team goals.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10th/12th pass, Diploma, or Graduate in any field.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools.

  • Ability to handle calls in a calm and professional manner.

  • Positive attitude, confident, and self-motivated.


Experience

  • Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Experienced telecallers (up to 2 years) will be given preference.

  • Previous experience in BPO/Customer Support/Telemarketing is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time: 6 days a week.

  • Shifts Available: Day Shift, Rotational Shifts (based on project).

  • Flexible options available for select processes.
