Job Summary:
MNC JOBS INFO is looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives in a Voice/Non-Voice BPO capacity at our offices in Thane/Malad. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers through various communication channels. You will be a part of a dynamic team, where your role is crucial to enhancing the customer experience. Whether you are handling inbound or outbound calls or supporting customers through non-voice channels, your role will ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound customer queries and providing support through calls, emails, or chats.

  • Handling customer complaints, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.

  • Ensuring customer requests are handled promptly and escalated appropriately when necessary.

  • Documenting all customer interactions in the companys CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Meeting performance targets, such as customer satisfaction scores and call resolution times.

  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and providing feedback to management.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professionalism when dealing with customers.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls or queries.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation.

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO setting, is an advantage.


Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role, particularly in a Voice/Non-Voice BPO environment, is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with a passion for customer service are also encouraged to apply.


Working Hours:

  • Flexible working hours based on business needs, with the possibility of rotational shifts (including night shifts).

  • 5 days working with 2 consecutive weekly offs.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Time management skills to ensure timely and efficient handling of tasks.

  • Adaptability and the ability to handle a variety of customer concerns or queries.
