MNC JOBS INFO is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers for our Loan & Credit Card Process. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan and credit card inquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth by effectively promoting financial products and services.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound queries regarding loan and credit card offerings.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products (loans, credit cards) that best fit their requirements.
Provide detailed information about various loan and credit card products, including interest rates, features, and benefits.
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and call logs.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Process applications and documents accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Follow up with leads and close sales effectively.
Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer engagement techniques.
Handle customer complaints with patience, providing resolutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages depending on customer base).
Basic knowledge of computer systems and MS Office tools.
Strong ability to handle customer queries and offer effective solutions.
Sales-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably in the finance or loan sector) is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales can also apply.
Full-time position.
Shift timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend shifts as per business requirements).
