Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking dynamic and passionate Remote IT Instructors to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver online IT training sessions tailored to beginner-level learners.

• Simplify complex IT concepts and break them down into practical, understandable lessons.

• Use visual aids, hands-on examples, and real-world scenarios to reinforce learning.

• Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to students as needed.

• Track student progress, evaluate understanding, and provide constructive feedback.

• Continuously improve training material based on feedback and new technological trends.

• Maintain a positive and encouraging virtual classroom environment.

• Participate in instructor meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• In-depth knowledge of basic IT concepts including hardware, software, networks, operating systems, and cybersecurity.

• Ability to teach with empathy, patience, and enthusiasm.

• Proficiency in using virtual teaching platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to work independently and manage virtual class sessions effectively.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT instruction, tutoring, or mentoring roles.

• Practical experience in the IT industry is an advantage.

• Prior experience teaching or guiding beginners is highly desirable.

Working Hours
