As a Social Media Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing and moderating the content posted on our clientfs Facebook pages. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a safe, engaging, and positive environment for users. You will monitor conversations, address customer inquiries, and enforce community guidelines. Monitor and moderate content on Facebook platforms to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
Respond promptly and professionally to user comments, messages, and inquiries.
Delete, report, or escalate inappropriate content in line with company policies.

Track and report on social media trends, user behavior, and content performance.
