Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries professionally and promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a remote environment.

• High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Experience

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred (call center or remote environment is a plus).

• Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions is highly desirable.

• Previous remote work experience is an advantage, but not required.

Working Hours

• Full-time positions available.

• Standard shifts range from Monday to Friday.

• Occasional weekend availability may be required based on business needs.

• Flexibility to work within assigned shifts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management tools) preferred.

• Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
