Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of open issues or complaints.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor
s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle high-volume inquiries and work under pressure.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
Comfortable with multitasking and managing time effectively in a remote setting.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role or working with online retail platforms like Newegg.
Prior experience with remote work is highly preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts professionally.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
Flexible work hours; however, candidates must be available for core business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
Availability for occasional weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Newegg or similar systems.
Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers.
