Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Data Scientist to join our growing data team. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

• Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to support business initiatives.

• Assist in data collection, cleaning, validation, and transformation processes.

• Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Work closely with senior data scientists, analysts, and product teams to define metrics and KPIs.

• Support the automation of data workflows and deployment of models into production environments.

• Document methodologies, processes, and code for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling.

• Experience working with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or dplyr.

• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and their practical application.

• Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in a data science, analytics, or related role.

• Internships, academic projects, or personal portfolio demonstrating data science proficiency are highly valued.

Working Hours

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
