Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing teams and project managers to ensure designs meet project objectives and brand standards.

• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.

• Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Keep up with current design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure designs remain fresh and innovative.

• Optimize graphics for various platforms and devices to ensure maximum effectiveness.

• Assist with creating presentation decks, event graphics, and other assets as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.

• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting and explaining design ideas.

• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

• Knowledge of web design basics, including responsive design and user interface principles.

• Familiarity with video editing tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects) is a plus but not required.

Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

• Experience in designing for web, print, and digital media.

• Freelance experience is preferred, with a proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects.

Working Hours

• Freelance, flexible hours. Work remotely and set your own schedule based on project deadlines.

• Availability for meetings and collaboration with team members as required.
