Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and their advertising capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

• Experience with content creation and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management or a related field.

• Experience working remotely and managing multiple social media platforms for a brand or business.

• Demonstrated ability to drive engagement and growth across social media channels.

• Proven experience in creating compelling content and marketing campaigns.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible working hours, but availability during regular business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday) for team collaboration is preferred.

• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for special campaigns or events.
